DONT EXPECT THEM TO LET YOU KNOW THEY CANCELLED YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS AND PROMISED DELIVERIES.
Worst pharmacy ever. Iām 7 months pregnant. I went there Thursday evening And they said diabetic sugar machine will be ready next morning. So I went there next day afterwork ( Friday ) Still wasnāt ready. And pharmacy guy told me we can deliver to you.. I said please do first thing in the morning. Because I need to start measurate first thing in the morning. He said yes. ( Btw he checked my insurance covered the Diabetic machine)
So today Saturday for the record I called exactly 1:40pm About the delivery. I was transferred until answered start giving me attitude while Iām trying to explain my situation. And she āwill HANG UP ON MEā! I asked for her name She said āDONT WORRY ABOUT ITā and SHE PUT ME 20 min Hold and then hang up the phone!!!!!š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬ I called back to get her name and Veronica answered the phone she said she doesnāt know who she is and they donāt give names (to protect the staff). And transferred me to billing department. They are interrupting me to say what they want and will hang up if you talk like them.
She says My insurance will NOT cover a prescription I HAVE BEEN WAITING THREE DAYS and PROMISED DELIVERY this morning.
I have been waiting for and then promised would be delivered this morning . I try to explain to her that I asked the pharmacy guy other day He said itās covered. She said NO, it is not... I said youāre not doing your job. INFact, It is covered. Anyway there is no point to talk to this people. Then about an hour LATER I LEARNED ITS COVERED %100 so Henna told me Come pick it up. I said could you please delivery like you said you would She said āno, we donāt have any delivery people all dayā. Monday before 6pm she can. ( ššš) They really have no idea About dealing peopleās health.. I need to check my blood every 2 hours and they couldnāt care less about letting me know they have massive logistical issues.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI really wanted to like this place (always prefer supporting local), and it's done OK for me in the past for random little things to pick up, but I tried using it for some prescriptions recently and it was an absolutely miserable experience.
First, I was told my insurance was expired and I should call my insurance provider. 20 minutes later, after repeatedly being told my insurance was fine, I gave the pharmacist the exact info I handed them before the phone call and it worked fine.
Next, I was given no information or updates by any pharmacist or clerk re: when my prescription would be ready once my prescription was processed. Sat by patiently because I didn't want to bother, but after ~20 minutes I asked the clerk if he could check on my status since he had just been noodling on his phone for a bit. Turns out it was ready, sitting in the basket the entire time. Neither the pharmacist nor the clerk thought to say anything to each other, ask me if I need help, or check on the status even though I'd been standing there patiently for almost an hour.
Finally, I was only told once I was being rung up that I'd need to come back for 1 of my 3 prescriptions, something I really wish I knew at the beginning (or even the middle) of the process. The only thing the pharmacy was able to do properly was transfer my prescription to CVS, who was then able to process my insurance and prescriptions, and get me out the door in ~10 minutes.
Needless to say, never risking a similar experience...

I did not have the receipt but one of the employees recognized me and confirmed that I had bought it there. While a was choosing something to exchange the product they called me and said that I had used it because it had hair in it. I never OPEN this product. As an honest person, i got very upset...The manager (or owner) did not come to talk to me but told the employee that if I did not have the receipt and had used the machine, I had to contact the company. I found the receipt and came back. The employees insisted that I had used it. One of the ladies even opened another one and asked me: Do you see any hair here? Yes, i lost my patience and got very upset....Like any honest person who is accused of doing something incorrect. I will NEVER go back to this place and I hope that they realized the big mistake of treating a client this way....Please if you know the manager or the owner, tell him or her to be careful with the good clientele and to check their products before they sell them...The worst part, the second time I came (I had left the product in the store and came back with the receipt) they even accused me of giving the product back without one piece....Sorry for this business, they just lost a very good client... will never go back to...
