Both negatives and positives. Communication was not great throughout and overall made the experience stressful. The order of steps here is a little different than other places, and every time I asked a question about what was going on, I was brushed off, kinda forced into a “trust the process.” I got polygel (thinking it was going to be builder gel going in), and think the tech might still have been learning how to do it, which is ok but I wish had been communicated beforehand. While it looks good from a distance, up close the thickness of the gel is inconsistent and is overall about 3-4x the thickness my fingernail is already. I like mine relatively short, and am glad I do because the molds for the gel builder are -very- curved and you’ll get claws if you want any longer than this. I felt bad having to ask 4 separate times to make them the length and shape we agreed on, but I did want to still be able to use my hands for my job. On bare natural nails, this set took about 2 hours total, which was about twice as long as I was quoted when booking. I am VERY impressed with how long these lasted. The hard gel remained bonded to the nail for 8 weeks after they were done, and was helpful in growing the nails out. However… What I didn’t love was after they were removed. In order to get such a great bond, the tech here sanded off the majority of my natural nail, and there’s so little nail left I can bend them in half (the uv bonding hurt a lot more than usual, that’s probably why). I ended up having to lose the whole section of nail I wanted to grow out because it was so fragile. The color selection is vast and top-notch- so many beautiful colors that last a long time, including sparkle and iridescents. It was a weird experience and a little pricey for the service, but I got a LOT of compliments on this set, and would still...

Clean and modern facilities. Always good music and ambiance. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Karen was patient and kind with my indecision and after I narrowed down from 6 different colors she tested three of them on her fingers so I could be sure in my choice. Good conversations with her and other staff. Went in for a touch up on one thumbnail which they fixed like magic. It was split in the fingernail from my initial visits 2 weeks ago. The man there fixed my thumb this time around and I’m convinced he’s a magician. Reasonably priced, and they had holiday gift at check out which I thought was a nice touch for clients.

10/10 would recommend.

When this place first open it was so amazing. I moved and could not come anymore. Recently this year, I’ve been around and the few times I’ve went there, it’s been so beyond disappointing. Every time I get my nails done it’s never the actual color I choose because the polishes are so watered down I end up settling for a dull or completely different color. The quality of manny varies with whoever does your nails that day, some do the bare minimum, others do what should be expected( buff/trim/etc) there is no consistency/standard of care. It really makes me so sad this place use to be great. My hope is that management reads this and does better to improves services. Only positive is that some of the...

TW pics: Blood. I come to this salon sometimes since it's close to my place, but this time I'm truly disappointed. I went for a mani and pedi, my manicure is full of bubbles and you can see the brush strokes too. For my pedicure, I choose the 4 in 1 set ai believe, which comes with exfoliation. She used an actual grater, and maybe she's used to handling people with more calluses, but she went too hard and my toe didn't stop bleeding for almost 20 mins. I believe I ended up paying the full price of $114, she just informed the final price, so I'm not sure if they compensated for anything. I'm not even angry, just extremely disappointed with this experience.
