The manager has very questionable ethics, avoid at all costs.

It's my first time writing a negative review on Google Maps, but the experience I had at this place was frustrating enough to justify it.

Yesterday, I tried 3 pieces of clothing, and saw that 2 fit me well. The sales person, who was nice and helpful, took all clothes to the cashier. I said very clearly I didn't want to purchase the brown pants, but wanted to purchase the 2 other items. Maybe she didn't understand me well or made a mistake, because she ended up charging me for all 3 pieces, which I didn't realize when I paid.

I went back this morning to ask for a refund, with the unworn pants still in the wrapper sheet. The sales person recognized me from yesterday (he was there yesterday and was not the one who took my order) and apologized for the mistake, and said he had to call his manager for the refund. He explained the situation, but the manager didn't care: the store doesn't issue refunds. Period. Even if they charge you for something you didn't want to buy.
