Jennifer and Bart are the real deal. My family has been working with them for about 3 years now, and I can say without a doubt, that they both possess the highest level of knowledge, skill, and care. If you are looking for an acupuncturist, herbalist, and/or healer, both Jen and Bart will make a big difference to your life and well-being.

I started working with Jen when I was pregnant with my son. I had all the typical symptoms that come with making a human: trouble sleeping, back and hip pain, heart burn/indigestion, general discomfort, and of course, the stress and fear that came along with being a first-time mother. With Jen’s care each of these discomforts were mild and short lived. And beyond the physical ailments her grace, knowledge, and energy were as valuable, and the invaluable part of each session. After my son was born, she helped me heal my body, mind, and spirit. Having her as my acupuncturist throughout this life transforming journey was a gift.

And then we had a major health scare last year with my husband. All of the best medical experts couldn’t figure out what the cause was of serious arthritis and inflammatory problems in his legs and feet. Expert doctor after doctor was prescribing autoimmune suppressing and other ā€œcutting edgeā€ drugs that were not only expensive but had tons of very serious side effects and other risks. And in each of these cases, the doctors were projecting that my husband would be on these drugs and would have to manage this medical condition for the rest of his life. Incorporating Chinese medicine alleviated his pain and discomfort and set him up for success as we worked to find the right healing path forward. Bart also helped us find an amazing functional medicine doctor who even partnered with Bart so that we could continue with the herbs and acupuncture treatment alongside the Western medicine. After months of pain and medical ā€œfailure,ā€ in just weeks my husband was quickly on the mend and in less than two months was fully recovered. He is now healthier than ever, no medicine/pharmaceuticals needed, and we owe so much of his recovery and health to Bart.

Bart and Jen are the unique combination of heart, compassion, grace, intuition, intelligence, knowledge, and wisdom. I have worked with many holistic and western health professionals throughout my life, and these two are two of...

So my first ever visit to an acupuncturist was last summer '24 (I was 52yo) after a friend suggested I try it after massage and heating/ice packs and Tylenol were not working for a pinched nerve. I had absolutely no expectations of it working, but nothing to lose, as I had a big move coming up and needed my body to be functioning and somewhat pain free in order for me to complete this move. I was assigned to Edward Grouse, who used terminology completely outside of my understanding, to describe what he believed was the culprit to my pain. I surrendered to his hands and after the session - I did feel a massive reduction in pain but fully expected it to return after the placebo effect had worn off. It didn't return. There was some dullness but the sharp pain never came back (and in less than a week - no pain whatsoever). I was truly amazed...but mostly relieved and grateful to resume life on a pain-free basis. A month later I returned just for some maintenance (really just to say "Thank you") but since there was no more pain coming from my pinched nerve (neck/shoulder region) - I asked Edward if he could work some magic on my ankle tendon that were firing warning shots (I'm a runner) to let me know a pulled tendon was on its way. Well....Edward did his thing (I can't make any sense of his method..or acupuncture in general...so I just surrender to it) and again - pain completely gone. I now consider Edward to be a body magician and although I don't go often to see him (3x's in 6 months so far)- it's only because he is soooo good at his job;) Thank...

I am absolutely thrilled to share my incredible experience with Acupuncture Williamsburg! I've been a client of Sarah Sajdak's for a few years now and I followed her to Acupuncture Williamsburg when she started practicing there. From the moment I walked into the practice, I felt a sense of calm and positivity.

Sarah's expertise in acupuncture is truly remarkable. She took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and tailored each session to address my specific needs. Her gentle and skillful approach made me feel completely at ease, and I could sense her genuine dedication to my well-being.

Not only is Sarah a master of her craft, but she also creates an environment that promotes relaxation and healing. The results I've achieved through her treatments have exceeded my expectations. I've experienced a significant reduction in my stress levels, improved sleep, and a newfound sense of balance in my body and mind.

It's evident that Sarah is passionate about her work, and her commitment to helping her patients achieve optimal health shines through in every interaction. If you're seeking an acupuncturist who is both knowledgeable and caring, I wholeheartedly recommend the practitioners at Acupuncture...
