This place is awesome! The space is gorgeous! It's clean and modern and the atmosphere overall is welcoming and relaxing. The staff is very professional and knowledgable about the services available and what they entail. I was there for a hair removal laser treatment. I've had hair removal treatments at several other places and I was never 100% satisfied with the results. I had done some research on some laser machines and was able to talk to Dr. Charlot about the machine used in the office. After researching the machine, it's one of the newest out right now and very precise when it comes to detecting at what level the machine needs to be set that is most conducive to your skin tone. I've been burned by laser treatments before so this was SUPER important to me.

Anyway, Dr. Charlot was amazing! She was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. She answered all my questions. After it was all done, she told me how to protect my skin and applied some sun screen on before I left. Before leaving, booking my next appointment was easy and a confirmation email was sent to me right away. Again...very happy...

My esthetician, Shira, was fantastic. She was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, making sure to understand my skin concerns before starting the treatment. She explained everything clearly and made thoughtful skincare recommendations, including a great sunscreen suited for my skin type. I appreciated that she wasn’t pushy about products but genuinely focused on what would work best for me.

The entire experience was calming and refreshing, and I left feeling truly cared for. The salon itself is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall sense of professionalism and quality.

I highly recommend Purely Natural Salon to anyone looking for expert skincare in Williamsburg. And if you book a treatment, definitely ask for Shira—she is amazing! I will absolutely...

I came for Botox and was not pleased with my experience. Firstly, they push you to do daxxify which is obviously a product they get a kick back for. A quick Google will tell you that this neuromod is not used by many doctors due to lack of efficacy. Second, they lack transparency on pricing per unit. They offer a top up yet when I went in, the injector immediately notified me that I will have to pay extra for this service. They tried to blindside me into paying but luckily once I pointed out their lack of transparency the injector had to “ask for permission” from the receptionist to inject me the extra units. The whole process really made me lose trust in this med spa. Lastly, you can assume from the overwhelmingly positive reviews from accounts who must be affiliated with this place bc they only have one review posted EVER. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place and hope they can be more transparent to other clients...
