I purchased a Bardot dresser from this brand and it came misaligned. I had contacted villa & house, contacted the store and even had a furniture repair person sent by V&H come out to look at it. No one could solve it and I’m left with a really expensive dresser that doesn’t close properly. Claims department stopped responding to me. Beautiful furniture but unfortunately, not functional and poor customer service.
