Working with Alyssa at Innovative Youth Care has been an incredible experience and we can’t recommend the team enough. Without their support, we wouldn’t have had the great fortune of finding the most incredible Newborn Care Specialist who is going to stay on with us as a Nanny long-term. I recently hired Alyssa and her team at Innovative Youth Care to replace my Nanny/ Housekeeper/ and right hand of almost 20 years who retired. I was dreading the whole process and terrified of having someone new. I must say that Alyssa and her team made it so easy. They did an incredibly detailed intake process with me. They helped me to really take a look at my needs so that they were able to find me the right fit. On the other side, they were able to provide me with a selection of very qualified candidates to interview and trial They did extensive background checks on each candidate. What I appreciated the most was the constant communication and the fact that they encouraged me to try multiple candidates and not settle. Fast forward… we have a terrific Nanny/ housekeeper who even cooks. She is a terrific fit in our family and I know she will be with us for the long run. I really can’t recommend Innovative Youth...
