Wanderlust — Local services in New York

I placed an order with this company a month ago through their online website. I have yet to receive the product. I called the store no one answers. I left a message with no return call. I have emailed with no response. I have tried every way possible listed to contact this company to either get my money back or get the product. I can’t get a hold of anyone. Save yourself the trouble and don’t order anything online from this company. Apparently they just take your money and keep the product without ever shipping it to you. If customer service is this terrible online there’s no way I would ever step foot...

I don’t understand how this business stays open. They have products that are ridiculously priced in the wrong neighborhood, maybe try Park Slope or Williamsburg. Also the owner is just either incredibly self absorbed or rude. I can’t figure out which. When I have gone into the store to look around and she has been working, I have been the only one in there and every time she has failed to acknowledge me! I would gladly shell out money for one of the few items I like in this store if I could get some customer service!!!! I'm from Europe and was looking online for a very specific card for my boyfriend in the US. When I found it on Wanderlustre I was beyond happy to read in the description that they will write the card for you if needed.
