I chose this transportation company based on all the great reviews. Sadly my experience was disappointing, to say the least. The driver arrived 20 minutes late. With traffic, that would barely allow me to arrive to my appointment on time. Instead of taking me to my appointment, he proceeded to go pick up a second passenger. While we waited for the other passenger, I realized that I would not be able to get to my appointment on time. I called my provider to find out whether they could accommodate me if i missed my scheduled appointment time and they said that they could not. The driver kept arguing with me. I told him he made me miss my appointment and there was no reason for me to travel from Queens to Manhattan for a missed appointment. He refused to drop me back home and I had to find my own way back home. I called dispatch several times throughout and they were of absolutely no help!!!
