This experience has been very frustrating to say the least. I came in and they said 10 minutes for a pedicure. I was like great I’ll come back in 10 minutes. I went to buy my own nail polish because like a lot of other salons the polish is always old, crusty at the top and watered down. With all the money they make per service you would think they would be able to update their nail polish selection on a regular basis. I came back and another woman was bumped ahead of me. So I had to wait even longer. When I finally was guided to a chair I had to wait another 10 minutes with my feet in water for someone to do my pedicure. By the time a tech came the water was cold. I had to ask them to start over. I ended up adding on a massage. Of course the tech is mindlessly rubbing my feet. Not much of a relief at all for $12 extra. You would think they would be more thoughtful but no. All in all my experience was very thoughtless. And as much as I hate to pull the race card I was the only Black woman in here and in watching how they’ve serviced everyone else, it simply does not compare. I will not be leaving a tip for poor treatment and I will certainly not come back to this establishment or recommend...
Read moreMy nails are destroyed. You will get a beautiful set but at what cost? I was super impressed when I started going to them because the end results of the SNS were immaculate. But as the weeks passed whenever I was in the chair I was always jumping around because I could feel the drill digging in. They always made it seem like it was no big deal, making me feel soft. Then my nails started snapping in half. Not at the ends, right in the middle of my nail bed. I had to start going back for numerous repairs and tips which were excruciating to apply and again they made me feel like I was exaggerating. After my fourth nail broke I was finished. I started growing them out, just covering with a matching polish. But I noticed my nails underneath were just peeling away. I finally soaked them off today to see the true damage. My nails are thinner than paper. I don’t even know what to do with them because they are so fragile, but I can’t leave them unprotected because they’re basically skin. I recall overhearing another client complain that her nails were becoming thin and they brushed it off telling her they’d cut them and add tips. Take my advice, save your nails and...
Read moreI typically wouldn’t take to writing a review if the experience was fine, but this was horrific. First of all the staff are incredibly rude. Secondly, I came with a friend for two appointments at 5:30 and my friend had to wait an hour. When she asked how much longer it would be, three (3) times, there was no response. The woman who did my nails - unfortunately I don’t have her name- pulled my arms and was incredibly aggressive with filing. I asked her for a specific color or something similar and she said she didn’t know of a similar color and proceeded to throw the color swatch books in front of me, as if I was well versed on their inventory of colors. She filed my nails in completely different lengths and when I asked her to please fix them as best she can she said my nail beds were different shapes (they simply aren’t??). When I asked for a specific color, I was given the wrong one and she refused to fix it. Lastly, the prices change by the weather … one day it’s 60$ another it’s 75$. make it make sense. Save your money, time, and sanity and...
