Tendo Sushi — Restaurant in New York

If I could give this place a Zero star I would, I ordered from here on UberEats, the delivery guy calls me that he's downstairs I say "okay can you please leave on my steps I'm coming down now to get it", he tells me "Yes, okay", I go downstairs and my food is nowhere to be seen, I call the delivery guy multiple times, no answer, so I then call the restaurant and explain the situation, keep in mind I am a very nice person that doesn't like conflict but this lady was being very rude over the phone saying it is not her problem and that I didn't answer the phone when I clearly did speak to the delivery guy, she hung up on me multiple times and said it's my fault and that I should never order from her restaurant again, I also put the option on UberEats to "LEAVE AT DOOR", about 15 minutes of her yelling at me through the phone, the delivery guy randomly shows up and says "here take it" and basically throws the food at my friend and i, he was very unprofessional and rude to both of us and drove away. This was the worst and only experience I've ever had like this, I WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND YOU...

Ordered through UberEats, noticed that the options look different with regards to delivery - This apparently means that they use UberEats, but they use their own delivery driver, so you dont get a definite time for delivery, you get a 20 minute time frame. We were supposed to get our food between 235-255, some guy was coming up the stairs with what looked to be a bag of food around 310, then he suddenly disappeared. No food, no response, you cant call the restaurant, no one answers. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, Based on the other reviews I am seeing, it seems that this has become a constant issue and maybe the nasty delivery guy is trying to run the business to the ground. Sushi was so great and delicious but the delivery man was crazy. As I said in instruction “Please leave it by the door and don’t ring the bell”, he called me and screaming like crazy. The delivery was direct ordered by Tendo Sushi website “Beyond Menu”. I was feeling shocked when he didn’t stop screaming “Delivery, what hello you saying” and scream like crazy all the time. I don’t really understand what kind of person was him. But I was feeling like threatened. Someone has to work with those kind of people. This is not normal man. Treating customers like that, it’s not normal. Never again. I will never order again because I really feel afraid of ordering again....
