Amazing food, extremely rude service so it’s a wrap for me.

Just went to pick up a smoothie from this place for the first time after hearing about it from my friends.

The whole interaction from placing my order to paying, the cashier is just STARRING at me the whole time while the other employee makes my order.

The woman at the register just continues to stare at me like I have 12 heads or just landed back from space or something.

This extremely rude and uncomfortable starring went on so consistently I had to ask “is there something on my face?” Mind you I came back from the gym so maybe I was a little glowy but nothing to necessarily STARE at…..

After I asked the question, I got no response just confusion on her face which was a nice change after the what felt like lifetime of uncomfortable starring at me.

The young lady making the smoothieswas extremely has a bad attitude, She was very rude and condescending. My husband asked her a question, with her funky attitude she said, I can't hear you....When asked her name for the review, she really had an attitude. Almost as if she was going to come across the counter or something. Seems to be because of the color of my skin, because when a Caucasian person was present, she was nice , polite, courteous, and almost bending over backward to help her. “Market” part of this shop is so-so, minimal but decent selection, though the prices are a bit high for general grocery items. The best part of this store is the sandwich/deli bar. Every sandwich I’ve gotten here is delicious and they’re very affordable. This is the best place to grab a quick, tasty meal on a budget in the entire neighborhood besides maybe a pizza shop.
