Lorraine, who handles and practices true customer care for Floral Fantasy Florist in Bay Ridge is the best in the business. She works in the space between the customer’s wants and needs and their incredible floral designer’s (Jessica’s) artistry. The results are truly spectacular! Lorraine’s care and concern is heartfelt and she is so genuine and funny. And, my God, if you want to express your love through the perfect floral arrangement, Lorraine and Jessica, the designer at Floral Fantasy in Bay Ridge, “knock it out of the park.”

I live in the neighborhood and, every time I pass this store, I see one beautiful, full and fresh arrangement being created and/or placed on their delivery truck after another.

Sadly, I have purchased many wake arrangements over the last few years from other florists closer to the given funeral homes. I am so blown away by the arrangement Floral Fantasy designed and delivered to my Aunt’s wake tonight (all the way to Long Island no less) for the same price. I will NEVER use any other florist again if I can help it. I believe they deliver to a number of other boroughs including New Jersey.

As an update to this review, heartbroken, I had to purchase another wake arrangement from Floral Fantasy yesterday and their help was amazing again. Jessica, their designer, spoke to me about the special arrangement she will be creating for us and it made us feel comforted to know that her amazing talent and care would go into it.

Pass by this florist shop and you will see what I see and you will never shop anywhere else for flowers ever again! Absolutely beautiful arrangements. My girlfriend lives in Albany and I placed an order 2 weeks in advance for $70 worth of flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day, but the local florist had provided a pathetic bouquet. My girlfriend had appreciated the gesture, but I wasn't satisfied.

On Valentine's Day Evening I walked into this establishment and placed an order to be picked up at 8am the following morning. Luckily I came into some extra money, so I said "Here's $50. Just give me that much worth of roses, daisies, and a vase." When I picked them up I was stunned by how beautiful they looked. After taking the bus upstate, I surprised my girlfriend with the arrangement and she was at a loss for words.

This is the second time I've worked with this florist, and it certainly won't be the last. My girlfriend claims "they are the world's best florist," and I agree. They sincerely care about their customers' satisfaction. I couldn't...

I ordered a $300.00 funeral spray for my mother-in-law's service days before her funeral. It was not there when I arrived at 2 PM even though this time was confirmed by Anthony, a manager. It took numerous calls to get it there by 3:05 with no apologies from the driver and worse yet, an insincere apology and "It was Labor Day. People are off ," excuse when I followed up with a phone call. They simply don't care and feel they have the market cornered because they are recommended by funeral directors who endorse them.
