Im a driver working at different base i picked up one of the operator from xyz and she lives at bedford ave and lexinton i picked her and she give me the direction how to go to from xyz office to her home and chose the longest route to go everytime when i complain about it she was rude at me and more over i told her its extra for coz she took the different route she denied to pay me. My question is if the operator's behave like this it means that the xyz company 's behavior to the customer or driver like horrible so the management will do something about this behavior of their own employee.i ve a good leason to pickup that stupid employee and req to all other parkslope car service that never pickup any employee from xyz coz they are cheater and rude to the driver. Read moreI was ordering from a corporate account, you would THINK that they’d have the common courtesy to CALL THE CUSTOMER if NO CARS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE PICK UP. LITERALLY all 11 of my coworkers didn’t get picked up either due to poor quality of customer service. I ended up taking the MTA, got to my CONFERENCE LATE due to their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
