I frequented this nail salon because it was convenient. This nail salon has not had the best track record of customer service. Examples of my experience of poor customer service has entailed longer wait times for people of color and people of color being rushed through their services. So when the nail salon opened under new management, I decided to give it another shot. My mistake. If I could rate this nail salon zero stars I would. I made an appointment for an acrylic full set French white tips for a manicure and pedicure. I explained in detail the service I wanted and I showed the nail tech a picture. She told me she was capable of doing it. Not only did she not give me acrylic, she did a terrible job. She gave me SNS dip, which I specifically said I did not want because I do not like the way it looks. even before I left the nail salon, my nails started to crack. I pointed it out and the nail technician had an attitude and did a rush job trying to fix it. The nail tech did not know what she was doing because it took her three hours to do my nails and they still looked horrible. I came back the next day because all of my nails had bubbled, and were not shaped and were bulging. The nail tech the next day that attempted to fix my nails said she did not have time to fix my nails because she had other customers. The nail salon was not busy. The nail tech Asked me to come back 2 1/2 hours later. She told me when I come back she would remove my full set and give me another one with acrylic like I originally asked for and it would be free of charge. When I came back later that afternoon, The nail tech refused to remove my faucet and would not give me a refund. Her attempt to fix my nails looked just as bad as the original job. My nails are still not shaped, they are bulgy, and the color looks terrible on my skin tone. When I pointed it out the nail tech said don’t give me a hard time, I don’t have time to fix your nails. Customer service here is poor, especially if you are a client that is of color. I will not make the same mistake again and I will not be soliciting this business in the future.
My original date of service was 09/05/2021. I went back to attempt to get my nails fixed on 09/06/2021. I was overcharged for the wrong and terrible service at the price of $80. Debbie was the Technican that did a horrible job on my nails. The manager was present on both 09/05/2021 and 09/06/2021 and made aware of my poor customer service and dissatisfaction. He did not address me nor did he attempt to rectify the problem. Let me reiterate that when I politely and professionally brought up my concerns and issues, I was told “I was being difficult” and “giving them problems,” which we all know is coded language used against...
Read moredo not come here if you care about the health of your skin. i was extremely disappointed with my service here. not only did the lady cut my skin when filing with a hand file, my cuticles are flooded with gel but they left my soak off on for more than an hour!! the lady, i don’t even want to call her a nail tech, left a soak off on my hands the entire time she did my pedicure. i cannot believe someone working at a nail salon would do something like that, they clearly do not know what they’re doing in terms of keeping up with health and safety. Either that or they do not care at all. i would not be surprised if the person who provided my service was not licensed. i’ve now developed contact dermatitis, both my finger and toes are itchy. i paid 107 for both manicure and pedicure and it was one of the worst nail services i’ve ever received. it seems like a salon offering as many services as they can for cash grab, they are shady. i will never go back here. i should have known better, do not trust this nail salon. save yourself the money...

The pedicure I received was incredibly painful and rough. The tech came off completely clueless and inexperienced. She couldn’t do a basic French pedicure so I asked if another nail tech could help her and not one person offered to step in to help. Such an antisocial environment in this shop where everyone is clearly for them self. Another tech did finally come over to help after the woman doing my nails basically pleaded for help.
In the end I was left beyond dissatisfied with my pedicure. A waste of time and $65+ tip. I had been coming here for several years but I won’t be back...
