Customer Service was so Unprofessional and Racist. Unprofessional in the way they conducted themselves in dealing with customers, especially someone not in the right state of mind. My blood sugar was low but instead of them asking are you okay they met me with hostility. I could only imagine how they treat people with actual disabilities. The Racism comes to play against me in how I was preceived to be, a questionable Muslim or not. Granted I was vexed in submitting a pic for nothing, I was met with nothing but dismissive hostility and then didnt want to take of my bandana….BUT I was mock, ridiculed aloud to entertain coworkers and questioned about my head dress and religion. It was so disrespectful. Now imagine if a true Muslim was being tended to and he chose to wear a bandana instead of his proper head dress. That is...

Too bad I'm forced to give a star, they should have ZERO star option. Terrible, terrible, terrible "customer service", parking sucks, the website is useless. Tests are only in the afternoon so you can't even take advantage of the early parking rates. Don't even try to ask questions and look for assistance. Tried paying for exam on line, prior to getting there like they suggest and there wasn't an option to pay. Tried paying at the place and they don't take apple pay or cash. Lost a days work/pay, wasn't allowed to take the test. Don't even ask if you can re-take the test if you fail. You can't make an appointment for 2 tests on line, you have to do it there. We tried that and the pads weren't working. The employees should be tested on customer service skills, they are nasty. The website should be user friendly. WORST...

I've been here several times over the past decade and it never changes. Always busy and lots of people and long waits. You have your occasional sarcastic rude worker, but I wouldn't loose sleep over it. It's best to come early and with nothing but your wallet and keys. Anything extra may or may not be restricted in the building and cause you to have to leave items unattended outside or come back another time. You don't want to waste a trip. Here's a tip to save yourself a bit of time. Print out and fill an application before you arrive and have it ready in hand to save yourself from having to repeat getting back on line.
