Very bad customer service. I went there to pick up my order. One of the workers was on her sell phone, talking during her work. She didn’t even sow me walking in. I went straight to the cashier guy, who didn’t mention me as well. That’s the hospitality in this location. I appeared very calm and tolerant. It was interesting to watch them doing their job so bad. When customers finally left workers asked me who was I. They thought I was with those guys. “Oh u should tell us” told me that girl. NO! EXCUSE ME THAT’S YOU WHO SHOULD DO UR WORK BETTER!!! Customer service in Soho is way better. Even thought they have a lot of customers they don’t ignore you. Read moreWith all honesty why are shirts made in India with their logo ranging from $75-$125? The t-shirts are totally out of shape. The sleeves are too long, the buttons don't lie against the button holes. They are soft but I wouldn't waste money for the merchandise. The staff speaks French and who knows if they talk about you? I found that a problem. I wanted to purchase boots and felt the cashier doubted I could afford them. What ever---to snotty for me....

Now I find the area over run with Jersey girls and tourists lost and bewildered or coming from the highline. I love their bags, sales people are cool. Most of their stuff is great, it's expensive, but hey it's a boutique, and it should be. The coats are usually cool as well. I think I have two of them....
