I would give this Zara store 0 stars if I could for several reasons. The customer service at the store is one of the worse I've experienced in my life. Staff were completely nonchalant about the customer experience. The store was messy, items were scattered everywhere and staff were unwilling to help locate items.
Secondly ,they refused to let customers into the fitting room. I visited on 2 consecutive days and had the same experience. This was over two hours prior to their closing time. Due to this, many people including myself had returns to make causing very long queues in the store.
And speaking about queues, the staff at the checkout are super slow, unfriendly and generally uninterested in their jobs.
My recommendation to Zara's leadership is to change their staff incentive model to motivate them to work. Send in mystery shoppers to evaluate the shopping experience. Just do something because with the level of bad service your staff are offering, it's only a matter of time before customers find suitable alternatives.

Read moreStarting off I am so pissed right now. I just stepped out this store with the worst experience ever. I would give them zero star if I could. I had the receipt with me which clearly shows that I paid for every purchase that I made. However when it started beeping while we existing the security with the horrible attitude stopped us, fine that’s her job. But guess what when I said I ll go back and check with the cashier, she had the audacity to say to me and my husband and I quote, “ you guys better be careful, there are cameras all over the store.” Then I ask what are you trying to say? She said no m just saying cameras are there and this is not paid. This seriously upset me to the core I swear to god. Is she trying to say that we stealing ? Read moreWorst shopping experience ever! Associates have no badge so difficult to know who actually worked there. No greeting or acknowledgement. Got waved over 'there' for register. Registers have no cues or directions. Went back to find someone to assist and same associate who waved me over came. Rang item up never offered gift receipt even though from previous conversation he knew I was buying item as birthday gift. I then got told I have to go upstairs to return and get rerung and get gift receipt. He then started to just shove item into bag when I stopped him and then he folded it. I eventually went upstairs only to be told by cashier that we would have to go back downstairs because he would have to pull gift receipt from initial register.
