Zenisha Nails Spa — Local services in New York

If you have beginner-level technicians, at least let clients know that they’re still learning and may not do the work well. I’ve been coming to this salon for a year and a half. Sometimes the work was good, sometimes it wasn’t — I never complained because the prices are lower here, and I figured that’s just how it is.

But there’s a limit, and today crossed the line. They assigned me to a technician who literally didn’t know how to use nail polish — I swear I could do it ten times better at home. I was so disappointed that I didn’t even get my manicure after that disastrous pedicure, which actually damaged my toenails.

I’m never coming back here again. Terrible service, and not everyone here knows what...

Walked in on a Friday around 11:30am, without an appointment; we were lucky they could take my mother, my sister, and myself. One of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to! The prices are great, and the staff is so professional and skilled. They always get the shape and color exactly how I want it.
