Disgusting! One word only for the customer service and treatment of clients. I am truly appalled at how below bare minimum, unhelpful and literally ridiculous the lady, FLORA, working in the showroom is. We came in interested in purchasing furniture for multiple areas in our home and when we inquired about the price, were treated so grossly. FLORA refused to provide any details about the cost unless we were completely set on purchasing right then and there on the spot. It is none of her business and frankly ridiculous to expect a customer to agree to purchase something they do not know the cost of. We were basically begging FLORA to provide details on the cost and her response was simply to come back when we are ready to buy. We were ready to buy but we need details?? It is especially ironic that she refused to provide the price as there was a listed price in the showroom that she said was incorrect and that the current cost has increased. I have never witnessed such secrecy and humiliating behavior from a customer service professional. Do they not realize this pushes customers away and makes them want to spend their money...
   Read moreUPDATE I have a very pleasant update. The owner of the store contacted my wife today and helped us resolve the issue. While I still think this could have been avoided with better communication during the sale, we are pleased to change this review. Anyone buying anything here should be VERY clear on what they are getting. Just this minute we are receiving a bed that we were not told the construction. The platform is naked pressed board and we were simply not informed this would be the case. And we are being told that it is a "special order" item and cannot be refunded. Well, live and learn. We have been happy with these guys in the past, but this is just ridiculous. Be VERY careful. Once you sign the paperwork, you are committed and possibly screwed.Be sure of the return policy...

I contacted the store where the sales person yelled at me , was very rude , and just simply obnoxious. Was told me that they canât help me in any way. The most unprofessional business! Do not buy your furniture from there , shouldâve known better and not to deal with these local stores and buy it straight from a large company. Overstock and wayfair gives you 5 year warranty for a one time fee of $39....
