I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a remarkable journey to Israel and Turkey with my church group, and I am still in awe of the experience. I cannot praise Francine's Travel Agency enough for their impeccable service. From start to finish, they ensured that every detail was taken care of, making this trip truly unforgettable.

Our tour guide, Rodrigo, was an absolute treasure. His extensive knowledge and graceful demeanor made each moment come alive. I found myself captivated by his stories and could have listened to him for hours on end.

Even during the Jewish holidays, our visits in Israel were flawlessly organized. We had the opportunity to explore sacred sites and immerse ourselves in the rich history of the region. The accommodations, including the hotels and kibbutz stay, were top-notch, providing us with comfort and a genuine sense of hospitality.

Our bus driver Yakov quickly became a cherished member of our group. He went above and beyond, taking care of our every need and ensuring our well-being throughout the journey. His dedication and care were deeply appreciated.

One of the most awe-inspiring moments of the trip was our visit to Cappadocia. The hot air balloon ride took my breath away and left me in tears of gratitude. The view from above was utterly breathtaking, and it will forever hold a special place in my heart.

I must also mention the fantastic photographer, Heberton, who expertly captured the beauty of the landscapes. His professionalism and helpfulness were truly commendable.

I lack words to express my gratitude to Francine and Debora. I was having a hard time getting my son’s passport renewed and Francine took my problem as her own and went above and beyond to make sure I would travel on time and with peace of mind that I would be able to return without any issues with my son, it really takes that one person to care enough to help you get this done and deliver, and that is Francine, she genuinely does deliver what she promises, she is a person of word, very understanding and loving, I can’t ever thank her enough for all her care, effort and willingness on getting this done.Debora is the sweetest, most caring, attentive, kind and helpful person I have ever met, she helped me so much, she took several extra steps to get everything done for my son’s passport, she was the master key on the whole process, she felt my struggle and made it all easier and accessible, and when the passport finally arrived, she was as happy and relieved as I was, I could feel the excitement on her voice when she called me, and I couldn’t help myself stop crying because something that seemed impossible, Francine and Debora made possible. Our experience planning with Francine and her team was incredible! Francine, Lídia and Cris all worked with us directly to ensure we had everything and more that we had envisioned and asked for our wedding. We got married at Paradisus Cancun In April 2021 and we couldn’t have asked for a better team! Francine and her team did everything from touring venue locations for us to negotiating room block pricing to coordinating all aspects of travel for our guests. This included collecting room payments, booking flights and coordinating guest arrival and departure. The team did an amazing job negotiating our room block (more than once) and got our guests the lowest possible rate for beautiful Reserve category ocean view rooms. Along with those room block prices , the team also negotiated several wedding concessions/add ons that my husband and I were able to benefit from both for the cocktail hour and reception. Working with Francine took away so much stress from planning a destination wedding and really facilitated the process for us and our guests. Thanks for being a huge part of our dream wedding!
