My wife lost an earring out of her favorite pair. For Christmas, I wanted to get her a new pair of earrings that closely matched.

I had never been to Pugh's, but they had good reviews online. I walked into to Pugh's with 4 pictures of the one earring my wife still had.

Unfortunately they didn't have any that matched. They looked through the jewelry books they had in the store, but they couldn't find anything that was close. I was a little discouraged, but Shelby asked if I would text her the pictures that I had taken. She told me she'd let me know what she could find.

I really wasn't expecting hear back from her, let alone hear back in under 24 hours. But that's exactly what happened. Shelby text me back the same day with 3 different options that were nearly identical to the earrings that I was looking for for my wife.

I text Shelby back the pair that I wanted to purchase. They ordered them for me, & Shelby text me when they were in to purchase.

When I came in to pick them up, they offered to gift wrap them. I declined because I wanted to make sure they matched the earring that my wife still had. I brought it home, & it was nearly identical.

I totally trust Pugh Jewelers! I drive 30 minutes just to patronize Pugh's because I trust them. They previously fixed my grandmother's ring and did such an excellent job that more than a decade later of daily wear, it still is in excellent condition. Recently, they fixed another inherited diamond ring that not only needed sized, but also significant repair work due to years of neglect by prior owners. The stone proved to be a challenge, but Kevin reviewed my options and advised me. The ring when finished was stunning and the main stone seemed larger and more brilliant thanks to their craftsmanship and expertise. Additionally, Meg, knowing my jewelry preferences, showed me a beautiful, unique saphire and diamond ring that was on sale. She offered me their lay away plan so I was able to purchase it. The months leading up to my engagement, I became a frequent flyer of Pugh’s Designer Jewelers. I knew after my initial visit; their team would help me find the perfect ring for my fiancée. They answered my questions, guided me honestly, and patiently worked with me through the jewelry designing process. They always made me feel comfortable in their store.

The challenging part of being a first-time buyer is not knowing what to look for, Shelby walked me through it all. Her knowledge of both the products and the industry were second to none. Her passion for the details and energy for the big day were contagious. I cannot thank her enough for sticking it out in the fourth quarter to help me get the win.
