i seem to be in the minority with my experience here, but it was one of the worst customer experiences i've ever had. i went in to have the screen of my phone fixed, which had cracked.
first, and more importantly, the screen broke again less than two months after they 'fixed' it. they told me the frame of my phone was bent (i saw someone else mention this in a review), and while i argued with them, i eventually signed my rights away to a warranty. (my fault.) after leaving the store with a successfully installed new screen the first time, i went straight to verizon to get the tempered glass screen protector (not sold at batteries and bulbs) and the rep there told me my phone frame was not bent. i then realized they were 'testing the bentness' with the camera down. regardless, just another way to get out of giving a warranty for what ended up being a shoddy product since it broke less than two months later.
when the screen broke again (literally while holding it in my hand, the screen went black), i called expecting them to tell me i didnt have a warranty, but there was still hope - i went into the store and the rep told me they would fix my phone free of charge. i asked if they were doing it to be nice (which i very much appreciated) and she said no - so then i was confused about what the warranty was for, but hey, if you're going to fix my phone for free, great. about an hour later, i get a call from the store that the screen on my phone currently is not one they installed - it's made by a different manufacturer. i know i don't need to go into how ridiculous it would be for me to get my phone fixed somewhere else. they said they would need to 'call corporate' the next day to inquire.
next day comes and goes - they never contact me. i end up going into the store myself and someone i had never worked with hands me my phone and says i don't have a warranty so it can't be fixed. meanwhile, the two reps i had worked with the day before are cowardly standing behind the counter - dont even have the decency to face me or talk to me or actually address the issue at hand (this so called screen that was not installed by them). at least own up and say 'because we had to call corporate, we not can't honor our promise to fix your phone yesterday.' unbelievable.
again, my one star review is as much because their product failed less than two months after getting it. but also for the extremely poor customer service i received.
i went to lifeline repairs in peachtree city - they never even checked for a bent frame and i had a fixed phone with a warranty...

They refused to do anything about it until I called my credit card company to stop payment on the transaction. They claimed they had nothing to do with the battery life even though it was good up until they replaced the screen. After getting my bank involved, they agreed to issue a refund and took an old broken screen from the trash (off someone else's phone) and put it into my phone. So, now I have a different broken screen, a home button that doesn't work (even though it worked before they replaced the screen). Ironically, my battery life is fine now that they put the broken screen back in (even though they were adamant that changing the screen had nothing to do with the battery life changing). Also, they offered a free screen protector in exchange for a good review (before I checked out and realized what had happened to my phone), so I would be careful believing some of the great reviews others have posted. FYI - Ace Computers in Fayettville will replace screens for $30 less and are a pleasure to work with.
The response from Batteries Plus below is not correct. The home button worked prior to them replacing the screen and the battery life was good as well. I gave them every opportunity to resolve the issue and the only option they offered was to put someone else's broken screen on my phone and give a refund even though the phone was in worse condition than when they received it. I never write reviews good or bad but in this situation I had to and after this false response I will do the same on Facebook and Instagram so that my friends in Newnan will know not to use...

After using it the phone lags random times and the screen becomes untouchable and freaks out for about 5 minutes every hour! or more. I decide to take the phone back 3 days later and i showed him and he saw the phone lagging. he then opened it up for me and saw there was a HAIR in my phone on one of the connections. Phone was working and i got my hope up then i get home and the next day my phone is lagging and is almost worse. moral of the story is that i wasted my money and time and they made my phone WORSE than it was before. Wish they could put my old cracked one on, you know the one that actually worked lol.....
JUST TO ADD something, batteries plus started doing phone repair very recently and they hire random people who have "past experience" very unstructured, take your phone to a place that SPECIALIZES in...
