Men's Wearhouse — Local services in Newnan

Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. For starters, we bought a suit for my husband for our wedding. We spent A LOT of money on it, and when it came time to have alterations done on it, the woman doing the alterations was exceptionally rude. She assumed we couldn't afford the alterations we were wanting and informed us "it's going to be a lot of money for what you want". This was AFTER the sales associate helping us with the alterations woman argued with us about how we wanted the suit altered. The suit jacket was HUGE on my husband because he is very broad up top, but narrow at the waist. So we had to go up a jacket size to fit his shoulders and arms. They had to take the body of the jacket in and when we went to pick it up, it was STILL huge. When my husband mentioned this, they said "that's all we can do". I took it to another alterations shop for a second opinion and they laughed and said "oh my goodness, we need to take this in another two inches at least, this is still way too big." THEN when we went to pick up the rentals for my husband's brothers (they're high school age and we didn't trust them to pick them up), they had CANCELLED one of the boys' rentals!!!! They never called to ask us about it, never could explain WHY it was cancelled, and we didn't find out until we were picking them up right before going to FLORIDA to get married. All-in-all, I do NOT recommend Men's Wearhouse in Newnan to ANYONE. They are rude, incompentant, and USELESS at their job. They specialize in suits and they can't even fit someone for one. DO NOT...

I need to take time on this review and talk about an employee that needs special recognition. Shanna.

When I walked in, there were two other customers being fitted for suits and she was all alone. She greeted me with a smile. I told her I had an appointment and she told me to take a seat and she’d be right with me. She flew behind the dressing room, took care of a jacket change as well as an alteration question from the other client and then walked over to me , greeted me again, and asked me what she could do to help. She found everything I needed within seconds: and there’s something to be said for a professional that can just look at you and know exactly what size you are. It is a rare talent and it shows she is a professional in every way. This comes from hundreds of hours if not thousands of hours of practice and managing people and her inventory. While I was there, she single-handedly took care of over 15 different men walking in and out with suits pick up fittings, etc. She has a stone, cold professional and never once did she get upset or seem flustered. She was polite and friendly with all of us.

Whatever corporate is paying you is exactly 1/3 of what you are worth. You add so much value to that company. They are totally ignorant to what you are really doing behind the scenes. I would go back any day to get my suit with her. Please visit her and see how gifted she is - it’s...

Horrible experience with this store. I needed to rent a tuxedo for a wedding and Men’s Wearhouse was unfortunately what the wedding planner chose for the groomsmen. When I went to get fitted, the staff was incredibly rude. They literally did multiple rounds of rock, paper, scissors to decide who had to help me get fitted right in front of me. Once my suit finally arrived, it showed up 3 days before the event. The shirt that arrived was laughably bigger than what I needed and the tuxedo coat sleeves were way too long. I was told the coat would be fixed first thing in the morning. I called later the next evening to pick up my coat and no repairs had even been started and they acted like they didn’t know it was even supposed to be fixed. They had ordered a new shirt which showed up the afternoon before the event. I ended up having to go to the store 4 times before everything was finally ready. Once I picked up the final package, I got in my car and inspected it. Sure enough, my bow tie, cuff links, and socks were missing. I had to do back in yet again to receive everything I needed and should have received on my first visit. The amount of issues and unprofessionalism I witnessed will lead to me never willingly come to this...
