Long time customer here and I have had many issues with this location, especially when I have to return a piece of jewelry for repair or to have it cleaned. Itâs relatively easy for them to sell you pieces but if something goes awry with that piece then they donât know what to do in my experience. Many of the employees donât listen and try to overtalk you if you point out their mistakes. This last visit the employee started rambling about my email. It was completely out of the blue and didnât fit the situation. I assume her trying to deflect? I was there to pick up 2 pieces I left for repair. One employee started helping us then the other asserted herself in and took over without fully understanding what was happening. We were supposed to look at the jewelry under the microscope to make sure it was up to par. Instead she just checked us out. When I pointed this out she started rambling trying to sound intelligent in front of the other customers. Then she started talking about email, as if that was the problem... our email. đ Wait times are long as they try to figure out their policies or look up information if you have an issue with your product. Then they try to rush through your visit (thus making multiple errors) even though you may have been waiting a while. Itâs a shame because there may be one employee there who is knowledgeable and kind but itâs overshadowed by the incompetence of the rest of the employees. I asked for her when I dropped off the jewelry for repair the last time and the employees trying to help didnât know what to do. Sadly she was off that day.    Read moreI have been taking my ring here to be cleaned for the past 3 years with no issue. When I originally went in I asked if I was able to have my ring cleaned there because my jeweler is in Chicago and I live here. I was told it wasnât a problem and they throughly cleaned and inspected it each time. Earlier this year I was at a Texas location and during a cleaning they noticed loose gemstones so they tightened those and soldered my engagement and wedding band. I was out running errands with a friend in Newnan earlier this week and we were passing Jared so I decided to stop for a cleaning. I have a newborn so she offered to run it inside for me. I told her she should have hers cleaned while sheâs in there because they always do a great job. She walked in and texted me soon after saying the man helping her needed a number for an account. I told her it would be my number but theyâve never asked for one before so I want sure why heâd need it. He told her he couldnât find an account but hesitantly took our rings back to be cleaned anyways. He came back decently fast and handed the rings back. She was in and out within 2 minutes and I told her thatâs odd because anytime theyâve cleaned mine itâs taken at least 5 minutes for one ring. We looked at our rings and they were visibly dirty still so I donât believe they were cleaned.    Read moreI am not a customer of Jaredâs, I was a customer of Kayâs until they broke my jewelry and treated me terrible. During my whole awful experience with Kayâs I found out that my broken jewelry was being sent to Jaredâs and so I called and asked for a manager I was transferred to Gabriela and from the moment I started speaking on the phone and explaining what happened Gabriela was so so AMAZING and UNDERSTANDING, Gabriela went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me get my jewelry back quickly. My issues and problems had absolutely NOTHING to do with Jaredâs and for that reason Gabriela has ever right to say sorry maâam I am not able to assist you but she didnât do that. I have NEVER encountered a more caring and respectful and genuinely nice manager Because of how kind and respectful and understanding and sweet Gabriela was I have every intention of now being a Jaredâs customer. Because I will NEVER step foot inside of a Kayâs location again
