Extremely satisfied customer! I purchased a pair of Keen hiking shoes here last fall. Within about 8 months of normal use, they started to fall apart. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed, as I have always previously been satisfied with Keen products. Good news is Keen has a warranty program, which I decided to take advantage of. Bad news is they require a copy of the receipt, which I not longer had. So I called TGO to see if it was possible to get a copy of a receipt. Instead, they offered to replace the shoes outright. The staff (especially E.) were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Just an outstanding level of customer service. I've stopped in here periodically over the years while vacationing in VT, and I've always been pleased with their selection and prices.
