I like how everything is arranged in this location. It’s easy to see and because it’s a smaller store it’s less overwhelming and I appreciate that. I actually think it has different options than the willow grove store which is bigger. My problem is that on Friday the 12th at around 1pm when my friend and I went up to the register the one masked woman employee was having a conversation with a younger blonde employee. Talking talking the blonde boy had his back towards us and they still were talking. At least for a good 30 seconds. Enough to be like whattttt is happening. Then the masked woman who had her mask down blew her nose in front of us before she even checked us out and didn’t wipe her hands. Nothing. Just put her mask back up and touched all of our things. I’m not even a huge germ person but that really was soooo gross. Like the way she blew it and wiped it and gosh it makes me gag to think about. And then no other thought. Not like an excuse me or sorry or let me get the blonde to help you while I use some hand sani. Nothing. Just took our things and touched the computer touched the money touched the stuff. Read moreI went in pretty close to closing. The adult on staff was busy (had to conduct an interview, was on the phone with someone about work related issues). The 2 boys on staff were straightening the store, one was very helpful when I had a question, the other was not interested in being helpful, but did acknowledge my question and answer it with a quick "no." None of this is bad.
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the store is jammed, overfilled even, with stock and it's almost impossible to find anything in youth sizing without really searching through the merchandise. I'd rather shop online, as it takes much less time to find what I'm looking for.
I would strongly recommend thinning out the youth stock on display and keeping additional sizes in the back if that is at all possible (recognizing it's probably not possible, as real estate isn't cheap & I am sure the back room is crammed full of...

Frustrated with the inability to speak with an actual person (only texting option for online concerns), I called Rally House Newtown to discuss an exchange. Mitchell gave me his full attention and offered to put aside a replacement. The Newtown store is a 30 minute drive, but when I arrived, the in store staff were all equally as attentive as Mitchell.
