Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Newtown Township

If I could give 0 I would. I ordered for my birthday last year and they gave me the wrong cake. I had to drive and leave my party for a new one and no compensation when I was told my info and email was being forwarded to the owner ( radiosilence ) it’s been a year so I chalked up my loss. Decided to go get some bundles for the holidays , I bought 6 of them and I have arthritis so I needed a bag with a handle to carry all of my cakes I just purchased and the owner literally fought with me over why she can’t because the bag over head cost. I’m sorry but if me purchasing 6 bundlets isn’t enough money to off set a .25cent or less bag?? Very ableist. Will not be returning. Very rude to a paying customer over a BAG??? Imagine … ‘ I wish you could understand our costs ‘ at the end of the day it’s not my job as a customer to understand that. It’s a choice as an owner to figure out where it is worth it to spend money and if you can’t even give a customer a bag? Maybe you need to rethink. Anyway. I don't ever write reviews but I had to for this one! I love the cakes from here - we order often. They are delicious and never disappoint. They also have the BEST customer service. I did not know they were closed on Sundays. I called Father's Day morning hoping to get a cake for that afternoon. The owner, Roxanne, answered and explained they are closed Sundays but she was there for approx 30 minutes preparing for a large order for the next day. She said if I come quickly, she will help me! She was super sweet and explained that she was trying to get out of the there quickly since it was Fathers Day and her only day off. However, while I was waiting approx 5 or 6 more customers walked in and she helped every one of them with a smile on her face and not rushing anyone. I even saw some super cute teacher gift ideas and ended up ordering for them as well. She was so kind, personable, and helpful! Because of this above and beyond experience she has a customer for life!...

The bakery is so cute! I loved the decor. They have regular and limited edition flavors to pick from. They also have gluten free options which is fantastic! Every cake looked so delicious, it was had to choose but I went with the limited edition churro vanilla cake! It was so indulgent! The icing was sweet and delicious. The cake was so dense, flavorful and full of moisture. This was so good. The small cakes are only $6 and they are the perfect size for a little indulgence! I visit this shopping center often and...
