Bud & Rita's Niles Dispensary — Local services in Niles Township

It's a little past 8 pm on a Sunday, and I just finished my shift for my remote job and locked my computer.... I'm staring down intently at my phone screen and vigorously scrolling through Google Map's results on the term searched "dispensary," and all I see are red words saying CLOSED. I then stumble across one entry that is green and says OPEN till 9pm. I'm flabbergasted and excited at the same time. I jump in my car and fly over to Bud & Rita's, and immediately, I am greeted with flamboyant colors and designs on the building. Evette, the host for the shift, was actually standing outside, holding the door open for me. As I stumbled through the door frame of the institution I was greeted by a further array of colors, pleasant scent of fresh cleaned floors and an absolutely warming and wonderful staff, who were not only willing to help with any questions but rushed over to help. I do no justice utilizing the minimalistic terms that I have thus far for this place and it's superb level of interaction and satisfaction that they bring forth for their clients. I not only got a great deal on 1/4 of a strain that intrigued me but as I was finishing a cigarette outside, Luci came out and managed to entice me into buying an additional Moon Walker for the night. The eagerness and energy Luci maintained while going above and beyond to service my needs was refreshing. This place will blow your mind. They are worth any amount of driving that needs to be accomplished to come visit. I can promise that I will be back so thank you Luci and Evette for leaving such an impression on a lonely guy...

I ended up at this dispensary today for one simple fact that I arrive two minutes late for consume down the street. Today was just one of those days so it was the end of the world feeling for me. I mapped the next closest and ended up at Bud & Ritas!

Upon arriving I did a basic website search to pick my potential item before walking in. Shocked to see the prices I saw. Felt too good to be true and although it’s the holiday right now and there are holiday sales going on the prices are still so far off from my normal spot. I expected to purchase 1 vape pen with the $50 I brought to spend , as that’s normally how it goes.

I met Alison who was very friendly and had great conversations with me while I was inside. I ended up being able to purchase 3 items with the $50 I brought , which I promise you never happens at my normal spot just down the road. Alison was giving me a paper on the way out that was located near the door and went as far as to open the exit door for me!

Went inside in the shittiest of moods and left so happy and excited to come back next week and see what I can...

Decided to stop in after seeing the unique exterior and couldn’t have been more impressed with the experience. From the welcoming ‘check in’ folks, incredibly helpful inside staff (shout out to Nancy!), to check out the process feels cozy and casual.

However, the biggest feature to pull me back is the innovative and intuitive product selection system. For those who haven’t visited: upon entering you walk to a display of all the brand of items for sale. You place the stand on an NFC reader to view product descriptions and make your choices on screen (instead of scrolling endlessly on your phone.) Incredibly accessible and intuitive selection process.

Add in the fact that Bud and Rita’s aesthetic feels leagues more cozy than a lot of the sterile dispensaries around the city. I appreciate feeling like I’m in a neon-soaked diner instead of a dentist’s waiting room.

Overall, just a great experience. Friendly and helpful people, an impressive selection and unique way to find what you are looking for, and an overall welcoming and joyous environment. Give em a shot for...
