Worst customer service ever. Deserves 0 stars. The associates were all rude, no one was helpful. I went to checkout with their automatic register, I have never experienced before so I was kind of amazed when I put my 3 items in the bin it registered 3 items, it prompted me to pay with the credit card machine and this whole time there is a processing signal on the screen. After inserting my credit card I was confused why it didn’t ask me for a receipt and it said transaction complete and the 3 items appeared on the screen and they weren’t my items. I asked for help with the associate since I wanted to pay for my 3 items as marked and not random 3 items. The associate standing over there couldn’t even do anything to pull up a transaction without a manager… what is the point of you standing there…and needed to get someone to help. Before she got a manager another associate walked up so rude and immediately accused us for using the system wrong but how are we supposed to know if there are no instructions and have never done it before. A manager, Julia, in the kids department came up and tried to pull up the transaction and she said the system voids any item that is removed from the bin but I said it didn’t it had me pay and she so heartedly believed the system is correct and the items void. I showed her on my bank app the transaction went through and she said she promised the pending charge will go away tomorrow I just have to believe her and I said if it doesn’t she said dispute it with my credit card. I asked if she could counter the price of my items so I could just pay the difference of what I actually owed and she said no. She then sat there to watch me check out my actual 3 items and make another transaction. I asked her to check for both transactions in their system as they both show up pending on my credit card app. She couldn’t find either transaction then. I didn’t feel comfortable walking away with anything. Another manager, Omar, tried to help and tried to explain over and over how their automatic register works and will void an item when removed but it did not work how they described it. He scanned all the charges that happened in the store for the last hour and couldn’t find either the supposedly voided items and the actual items I bought. He then said the pending charge will go away too and if not file a dispute with the credit card and he can file an incident report. Stood there for 30 mins trying to get any evidence and kept telling them to pull up the cameras to show that those random 3 items were not in the bin when I walked up and they wouldn’t, they just kept saying they promise and to believe them the charge will get voided. Anyways a few days later the pending charge went through and I tried to call the store but of course the number is disconnected. So I filed a dispute with my bank and Zara came back and countered. Read moreSo I went shopping today at their new location nearby Macys. Everything was laid perfectly and it was well organized. This is where everything went down the hill is when I went to the second floor to shop for my son. The lady who was working over there kept eyeing me out. I thought that was weird. I had two dresses and a skirt for myself from the first floor and now I’m shopping for my son. I think I got five clothing items for him and a few socks. She kept following me around as if I’m going to steal their merchandise. It was obnoxious to be honest! Yes I’m talking to you who has a hijab on her hair. Went to first floor to pay and there’s this lady who apparently not working at that time told me to go to the first kiosk because it accepts cash cause I told her I’m paying cash! Lo and behold only to waste time and effort over there that it does not accept cash. I tried looking around for her but she was nowhere to be found anymore. And yes I am talking about the pregnant lady who was also checking out for herself. I guess she was done for the day. It would be great for her to be informed rather than lying to customers who are paying cash saying the first kiosk takes cash. It makes your company look so bad. Wasted time, I joined the other customers waiting in line. Mind you there was only one cashier working then, one! I don’t think he gets the urgency to at least call somebody to help him check out customers. He was chatting with the customer and taking his time while he scan the 50+ items the lady was returning!!!! It was a pain. There were two ladies returning too next and then this girl who wanted to just purchase a gift card and then another lady whom carrying a reusable bag I assume she’s also returning a bunch of stuff and there’s me. After twenty minutes another cashier comes out, thank goodness! So she helps the two ladies meaning I waited for another twenty minutes! All in all FORTY MINUTES in line just to check out paying cash. Did I mention forty minutes?! Horrible. Read moreOnly getting 2 stars because the first time I was here the ladies at the dressing room (and dressing room only!) were the only ones that were helpful. Was just there yesterday to pick-up an online order and I asked a rep for my order and they scoffed and told me that only "upstairs" handles that stuff. So I went to the upstairs counter and there was no one there. I wait for ten minutes. After that I noticed that there was a gaggle of employees hiding just behind the dressing room entrance, all talking to what I beleive was a former employee. I try to get their attention, they look at me like I'm crazy. Finally, again an employee running the dressing room, someone askes me if I need help. I tell her that I'm here to pick-up an order, and she tells me to wait just a sec while she gets something for a customer in the dressing room. When she returns she practically grabs one of the other employees that still in the group talking and points her to me.
