The Bagel — Restaurant in Niles Township

I was trying not to review this place for a long time but enough is enough lol. Every time I call to place a order the lady is super rude and becarful because if you ask her somenthing she will reply with attitude. She doesn’t even bother to ask for name. Las time I misunderstood the serving of the soup and when I told them what I really wanted she and another guy estar slamming the bags and started speaking in spanish thinking i was not understanding but guess what I speak Spanish and they were referring at me like I was bothering to much. Today I decide to place an order and guess what I don’t know if is the same lady from last time but Bernice o Berenice has a big attitude I guess they are catching up the managers attitude or they really think they are doing a favor to you. Arrived at 11am on a Friday for a late breakfast. I guess I missed my window for fresh breakfast as my corned beef hash was definitely reheated and too dry. The hash browns on the side were burnt and not even crunchy from the reheating and microwave. This is my second experience and not a repeatable one. We did catering with the Bagel. Bad experience with the manager named Suri. She was very rude. If it wasn't for the fact that we waited so long to place the order, we would have walked out and researched for another place; our event was a few weeks away. The food was just okay.
