Poor custermer service, for an hour and a half drive there, an a 15mintue walk to the store. i purchased a used fender lt40-s amp floor model, was told they had none in a box or new. when asking to reduce the price due to it being a floor model. "it voided the warranty", i also had a brand-new guitar to trade in was told. over the phone to bring it in, then was told they could charge me 20$ to appraise it(might want to mention that be for some one actually drives or walks back to there car). needless to say, i won't be going back, they offer no compensation as to an amp not coming in a box or without cords, via usb / power. would have like to see the guy throw in a strap, or bag of picks at the least. like it should when you obviously...

These guys are really awesome. Knowledgeable and friendly. They're always willing to answer my questions and help me make the exact purchase im looking for. But above and beyond that, I brought in a guitar to be repaired and the guys behind the counter pointed out a problem that I wasn't even aware of right away. So they fixed my guitar and had it done for me in less than a week. And upon picking my guitar the guy who fixed it was willing to answer my questions and assured me that my Stratocaster was good to go and shouldn't need any work done to it for a long time. He also completely took care of everything on the guitar including the action and adjusted my pick up and only charged me what was originally quoted....

Took a new guitar into the Eastwood Mall location for setup service. Very friendly staff and very good customer service. Guitar was in and out within three days which is impressive given it was over the holidays. The price was very reasonable as well. My only complaint (and it’s minor) is I would’ve liked to have seem them wipe the guitar down after they worked on it. Lots of fingerprints on it when I got it back. Still, I’d go there again...
