I’ve now been here a couple times and have bought two watches and I have had a pretty good experience overall. My first watch was sold to me by Madison I believe her name was and she was very nice to me but to be honest she wanted me to buy something more than I did. I came home on Black Friday that night with my first watch and I still have it and absolutely love it. I came back over a year later for my second one to be greeted by Madeline and Bill which they both felt pretty friendly to me. Madeline was very nice and Bill was super down to earth with me which I appreciate. I bought a watch and didn’t like it so I came back a few days later to exchange it for another Bulova which I love and it wasn’t too much of a hassle. I didn’t want to spend as much as I did but Bill found me the perfect watch so I bit the bullet. Overall I do like this place and do recommend it and the only reason for the 4 stars is because I did feel pressured at times to buy something but I do really like this place and the people. The head on my engagement ring was about to break also my engagement ring and wedding band needed to be re-sized. Our experience with Ashcroft & Oak was great right from the beginning. Our customer care with Amy was more than helpful. We were greeted with a smile and kindness. Their prices were the best from other jewelry stores in the mall. I was told my ring would be done in a week which was better than the two weeks that everyone else told me. I got a call less than 24 hours that my ring was done. After a disappointed issue with my purchase I am happy to say that it’s been resolved with the help of an absolutely wonderful, kind and compassionate salesperson named Kristen. She went out of her way to make what was a devastating problem to making me an extremely satisfied customer. Although I honestly felt like I was more than a customer to her. She gave us awesome customer service with a smile and unfortunately today that’s a rarity in a lot of retail environments.
