I would put zero stars. I’m only leaving this review not because of the business but because of what just happened to me. never in my life have I have never ever met a more arrogant , unprofessional , business owner In my life, not only does he price insanely, the quality is cheap. The man got mad because I requested 6 quotes for my company and told me to leave. This guy walks around like he is god, no manners, if he doesn’t wanna do something he simply says I don’t wanna do it. He was very rude to me and my girlfriend . The staff is great however the owner or manager made me feel like my money wasn’t good enough or I had a time limit to get a quote and NOONE WAS IN THE STORE.

The worst part about the store is the VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from the manager. He was rude , rushed me, there is a place across the street by the post office that told me 456$ for 50 sweaters. They told me 534$ for 30 gilden shirts. Terrible knowledge of the clothing industry and wholesaling. I feel bad because the guy seems like he’s stressed and needs help running his business so that’s why he treats his customers like Buy now or leave. Other comments were said that I won’t state. My boyfriend and I came down to ISU to visit my best friend and her boyfriend. We decided to come into this store to check it out. As we were walking around the store, I heard the manger rudely make a comment to my friends boyfriend about his mask. My friends boyfriend was just adjusting his mask and it wasn’t even off. The way the manager went about this was extremely rude and uncalled for. He came off as very aggressive and it made all of us feel uncomfortable. I understand that we are in a challenging time and everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but there is a polite way to go about it. The signs that this manger had in the store regarding masks were uncalled for and not welcoming. I felt as if we were being watched at all times and we all just wanted to leave. I will not be coming back here and supporting this place for business. I have never been in a store with so many signs saying: if you don’t obey these rules you will be kicked out. Maybe some people have a hard time breathing or even just need to adjust their mask like my friends boyfriend did. But yelling at someone about it is truly poor management and...

If I could give zero stars, I would. Seriously it is that bad. A new store just opened that offers the same services and similar selection as they do (Gavina Graphics) and they do a much better job with fantastic customer service.

I ordered twice from Campus Town Supply. The first time, the store gave me my custom shirt order in the wrong color and told me there would be a small fee for me to have them remake the shirts in the color I requested. Unbelievable right?! THEY made an error and asked me to pay for it. No thank you. The second time, letters were missing from three of 25 shirts that I ordered. And no, I did not check all 25 in the store when I got them, but I checked the top 5 or so and assumed the rest would be fine.

Honestly, their manager is probably the worst part about the store. He is very rude and unprofessional and probably believes he can get away with such deplorable behavior being that they are the only custom shirt store in town. Or.. they WERE anyway.
