My finance came in several days ago to order some flowers for a wedding bouquet, and she picked it out from a catalog they provided. What we got was NOTHING like the catalog picture, and when we spoke with the lady running the register, she seemed exasperated that we wanted our flowers to look like the catalog picture she showed us. I had tried to work with her to fix it, she said it would cost a thousand dollars and quite frankly she did not have the time to do it since she was very busy, very poor customer service attitude. I used there services before and was unhappy with the product I received from them. I thought they would be better a second time around. Apparently the store does not value its customers nor have the time for them as the resulting products and service were sub-par. I was very wiling to pay the increase cost to have my fiances flowers perfect, but after her poor customer service from that lady, I didn't want to pursue it. I would highly recommend going to another florist for your flower needs. If they can not deliver on what they show us in the catalog, then, they should not offer that...

I will start by saying the customer service was good. The lady that placed my order via phone was very professional and polite. She took time to look to see if items were in stock that I was looking to include in my Valentineâs Day order. The recipient is allergic to chocolate so therefore I asked for goodies to include that did not contain that ingredient. The lady informed me that they werenât stocked up on the snacks and only had cheez-itâs and Lays chips. (Not sure why they wouldnât be stocked up considering itâs Valentineâs Days) I asked for those items to be included in my order. Once the order was received, the balloons were deflated and the Layâs chips were seriously expired. I am beyond disappointed and angry.    Read moreI live out of town, and I called to order flowers for a friend in the hospital. When I ordered the flowers I was not aware that my friend couldnât receive flowers. Both of the employees I talked to (there were several phone calls!) while we were trying to figure out what to do (they had already made the arrangement by the time I found out she couldnât have the flowers) were SO sweet and helpful. They suggested delivering the flowers to my friendâs home instead. I said she lived in Moore and was worried that it would be out of delivery range, but the employee said âif itâs too far, I can just drop them off on my way home.â It ended up being within delivery range and my friend came home to a beautiful arrangement a couple days later, but I just thought it was wonderful how they were willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
