Alpine Dental Care — A Truly Disappointing Experience We live in a small rural town so we elected to go to a local dentist. But experience with Alpine Dental Office was so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn others. From start to finish, their customer service was absolutely abysmal.

I went in for a crown repair, but because my underlying tooth had a crack, they were unable to help me so just charged me for a bunch of x-rays and sent me to someone else. Subsequently, my girlfriend made the mistake of going to them for a routine cleaning, expecting a straightforward visit. Instead, they insisted she needed x-rays, the doctor actually asking her, “How’d you get an appointment? We don’t see patients without films”. This left her feeling pressured unnecessarily and feeling as though she was being pushed into extra procedures just to pad their bills. This aggressive upselling was not only annoying but makes me seriously question their integrity.

As if this all wasn’t bad enough, I had a residual balance of $15.00 that instead of cashing me out while I was there, they keep sending me bills for. I don’t like providing my banking info through the mail so I have been trying to reach them by phone, which despite numerous attempts, no one ever answers. I have left a message to call me so I can take care of it, but no one ever returns my calls. I wonder how they will like 1,500 pennies when I deliver it in cash!

The overall attitude from the staff was cold and unprofessional. It felt like they had no interest in providing good patient care, only in rushing through appointments and maximizing profits. We both left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and convinced we should find a dental office that actually values its patients.

I have a two year old and sometimes have to bring her along with me. They were great with her!!! She actually gets excited to go to the dentist. The staff was over the top helpful. My first visit there I had some bad news about my teeth that my previous Redmond dentist missed. So I went to get a second opinion. Another dentist completely validated what Dr. Bailey said and was kind enough to be honest to tell me I was in good hands.

So hands down I'm so happy I found Alpine dental!!!! I would highly recommend!

The entire staff at Alpine Dental is absolutely amazing. I have really neglected my teeth over the years, and Jennifer (Gentle Jen :-) ) has just been incredible, as well as the rest of the staff, and the Dr., well he is a bonus and is pretty comical and makes your visit actually enjoyable if that's at all possible.
