I’d like to start out by saying the doctors and nurses I have worked with have been wonderful. Dr. Plisko has been so helpful, kind, and responsive and quite frankly the only reason I haven’t switched offices. I’m currently pregnant with my first child. This comes with a lot of stress and anxiety as it is. Upon scheduling my initial appointment, the woman on the phone scheduled the first available appointment which didn’t happen to be until after the first trimester. She expressed that she sent a message over stating that I needed to be seen prior to this but nobody ever reached out even after multiple attempts on my end. Then, with my appointment 1 week away, they called and asked to push the appointment back even further. Then, due to family history I decided to opt for genetic testing which is a time sensitive appointment. I called and left voicemails trying to schedule the appointment for 3 days with no return call. While in the office I have personally witnessed the woman at the front desk ignoring incoming calls and enjoying snacks at her desk. It wasn’t until I sent a message on the portal expressing my concern that someone reached back out the following day. Once I go in for my appointment, all the blood work was drawn but apparently it was never signed off on by the ordering doctor. Nobody from that team was in the office that day but they assured me they would take care of it. Fast forward 2 hours later I’m back at work only to receive a call from the lab asking if I had the paperwork. All of this brings me to yesterday; our anatomy scan to finally find out what we were having. Both my husband and I took off work and planned the whole day around the appointment to celebrate with family. We show up for the appointment only to find out the same woman at the front desk had input the appointment incorrectly so it never made it on the schedule. No accountability was taken and no solution was offered. We were sent home angry and heartbroken. I know this is a new facility, but I found this completely...
Read moreDidn't contact me about test results. My pharmacy had medicine for me & I didn't know why. I had to call for 3 days after results were in to finally get a call back. If you don't answer when they call you won't get a call back & can't get a hold of them. Also, no one discussed the range of my diagnosis. They said the test showed I may or may not have Lyme even though I had symptoms. After treatment I still had symptoms and they didn't bother to explain I could have symptoms up to a month later they told me I was treated properly and referred me to a neurologist. After contacting my old pcp they were kind & assured me that my symptoms should fade over the next month. I'll never be back. I worried for weeks I could have Ms or als because they couldn't be direct with me & say my symptoms could last after antibiotics. Dr also did not listen when I told her multiple times I didn't take my thyroid meds because I thought that maybe causing my symptoms so she wasted my time & money on tests that I knew were off. She even put the wrong name in the chat when...
