The attraction here is the desirable selection of destination restaurants and stores, including Burgatory, Panera, Chipotle, Five Guys, and also Game Stop, Rocket Fizz (soda and candy store with GREAT selectio), Pier One Imports, Sprint, Original Mattress Factory. It's accessible because it's near the Parkway West (376) and Routes 60/22/30, but the traffic can be awful at busy shopping times (weekend daytime, December - Walmart next door). Nobody knows it as Montour Church Place - people say they're going to the Robinson or Fayette Burgatory, etc. It's everything great and absolutely awful about suburban sprawl - I would prefer the wooded hillside that was there 25-30 years ago, but I go there now to eat and shop.
