I’m so glad I found this place. My iPad wasn’t charging when I plugged the charger in. Fati, the man who greeted me, immediately diagnosed the problem as a faulty USB-C charging port. He explained that he had to order the part, but he said he would have it shipped to him via overnight service, and he would repair the iPad as soon as the part came in. I brought the iPad in on a Wednesday afternoon. The next day, Fati called at 10:30 AM to tell me the iPad was repaired. He even texted me a couple pictures showing the iPad’s charging icon lit and activated. I think I heard him tell a customer that when he has a necessary part in stock, he can often fix a phone or tablet while the customer waits. Don’t quote me on that; I think that’s what I heard. The price to do the repair was very fair and $30 less than a quote I got from someone else, who also needed 2 weeks to order the part and do the repair.
