Stopped by Firehouse Subs at Pointe At North Fayette on Veteran's Day (November 11, 2024) to enjoy their special offer for veterans, and it was a memorable experience. I ordered the Jamaican Jerk Chicken sub combo but received what looks to be thin slices of ham or turkey. Even with the error in the order, the sub was delicious! The restaurant’s layout is like walking into a mini-museum dedicated to firefighter first responders. The walls are filled with memorabilia—everything from hoses and photos of ladder trucks and pumpers to firefighter protective gear. It’s a powerful tribute and adds so much character to the space. The restaurant was spotless, charming, and welcoming, and the staff’s kindness on this special day made the visit even better. It’s wonderful to see a business honoring our military heroes with such thoughtfulness. This was a meaningful experience, and I’m grateful for their warm hospitality. Highly recommend Firehouse Subs!

My fiance and I just went out for lunch. My order was a medium sub with just chicken, lettuce, and cheese on wheat. My fiance got a large turkey bacon ranch with turkey subbed out for chicken on wheat as well. Got home sat down and started eating. We both got 3/4 of the way through out subs and if it wasnt for my fiance sub rolling over on its side on his plate we would have never noticed the mold on the bottom side of his sub. God knows if there was any more mold on what we already ate. Check your bread if you go here. Cause this is not to health code. Be warned. When we drove back to point this out (cause no one was answering the phone.) the employee we informed didnt really seem to take this news seriously and said "oh, sorry they must have missed that." And then offered us to make new sandwiches. No, why would we want new ones after this being our first experience at this location. Thats absurd.

Hot turkey sandwich that's barely lukewarm and has a hair embedded in the cheese. Hot turkey bacon ranch sandwich, which is missing the bacon (one-third of the ingredients in the name...seriously?) and is also cold. This was a terrible first-time experience with Firehouse Subs. When I called in about it, Hannah answered. I requested to stay on the line while waiting (it took seven tries until they answered). Aaaand they hung up on me. This place is just failing at every chance they get. And after calling and making sure they could be returned and refunded without the receipt (we had proof on the bank statement, showing that we just bought the subs, and the uneaten subs), we arrived, only to have them not give a refund.

This is the worst firehouse subs that I’ve ever eaten at .The most inconsistent and the employees are miserable. I absolutely love firehouse subs. I ordered the one here about one time a week and I stopped because the manager literally yelled at a customer for nothing that she was doing wrong. I didn’t order from there for months. I ordered another time,I think that manager is gone. The people working were great. I ordered a sub another day. The food was good. The service was good. I wanted a side the coleslaw and I got it for a charge, not a problem . I ordered it again the following week because I thought the manager was gone and it seemed like maybe things were turning around. I ordered a side of coleslaw even though it’s not on their menu, they have it for an another sandwich. I ordered three subs tonight and asked for a side of coleslaw and the girl working wanted to tell me that she couldn’t sell me a side of coleslaw because the sandwich that it comes on is all prepackaged .Not sure about anybody else in the world but I’ve never gotten prepackaged hot food and cold food together. She just didn’t want to do her job. So again, I will not be ordering from there my one time a week 3 to 4 subs each time. I will wait until I come across a firehouse subs somewhere else to stop and get it. So for any local people that do not like inconsistency, definitely avoid firehouse subs at North Fayette. For anybody traveling from out of state that may read this, do your self a favor and stop at a firehouse subs other than Robinson mall (North Fayette). Lots of other good places to eat...

We arrived at this Firehouse Subs at 8:25 pm on 10/19, well before their posted closing time of 9:00 pm. There were four customers ahead of us, and the employees already seemed frustrated. One worker at the register told us, “I want y’all to know that all of your sandwiches have to be made to go,” in a very unfriendly tone — even though we were planning to take them to go anyway. The staff grumbled the entire time while preparing the food. We left at 8:40 pm, and the worker immediately followed us out and locked the door behind us, even though it was still twenty minutes before closing. Another customer tried to come in but was turned away. To make matters worse, our sandwiches were cold and hadn’t been heated up. My husband’s also was not cut all the way through which made a mess when he tried to pick the sandwich up. I’ve never had a bad sandwich from Firehouse Subs before tonight, but this location really missed the mark. The employees clearly didn’t want to be there, and the experience reflected that. If I owned this location, I’d definitely clean house and start fresh with a team that actually cares...
