Highpoint Gymnastics — Local services in North Logan

This has to be the worst gymnastics place. The teachers don't take role, so they don't even notice when students aren't there for 2 months. We canceled in the first part of January with a phone call and were told we were OK and canceled. Fine. We get a bill for Jan. We start calling and leaving messages because no one is ever there. No call backs.

February we get another bill. I know I called 2 weeks in a row and left messages to get a callback. My husband called as well. I don't get a call until the 3rd week in Feb and told we needed to fill out a form to cancel.

Ok? Why were we not told this? Back in Jan. I've been in the gym dozens of times. I would have filled it out. Now we are looking at a $270 bill for our girls who no one noticed weren't attending for 2 months straight, all while waiting for a call back. But graciously they won't bill us for March....

I’m sure the tumbling lessons are great, but getting refunded for classes you tried to cancel and weren’t able to get ahold of anyone to do so is not. Absolutely wouldn’t refund $80 after we tried multiple times to cancel our daughters classes.

Try gymnastics classes at Smithfield Rec Center. Much better prices, so if they end up taking your money at least you won’t...

Attentive coaches who really care about the kids. They quickly recognize talent and skill in the students and advance them to the next class accordingly. Thomas is our favorite!
