I’m not one to leave a bad review! I’ve been in retail and customer service for over 10 years, so I completely understand policies and such, and realize the customer is actually not always right, but this time I believe I am! I’ve had okay experiences here in the past, and have bought my family, and myself shoes here multiple times. This Christmas time, I bought my son converse that he’d been asking for all year. He opened them Christmas Eve, was super excited wore them around for maybe 10 mins, before realizing they were not only TWO RIGHT shoes, but two completely different sizes! Unwearable...it hasn’t been long, still have my receipt, went to try to get at least the other correct shoe, and was told the other shoe wasn’t around, and I could not get my money back because they’ve been ‘worn’! Shocked. Literally shocked. On the receipt there’s literally a place to initial that the sales person is supposed to check the mates. The kid who sold them to me opened the box, as if he was checking but obviously did not. I guess it’s on me to always double check. I work in the mall as well, and was going back to work, so didn’t think twice about it. Still waiting to hear back. Customer service told me my problem would be corrected. I will update once it has! Being in this store a couple of days ago, first impression very hard to find something because the wide selection of they have is wow to me. I found some shoes for my husband and I wasn't sure if they were good ones to wear during this time of the year, so I looked around asked an employee with Khakis if the shoes were any good, he told me that they would be perfect for my husband, perfect, then I needed some boots and I was having trouble finding some so I asked the employee around if what she recommend and she gave me quite a selection to use, then she helped me find the cutest boots ever I absolutely loved it!! When it was time to purchase my items she told me that a young man would help out me by the front, he was very nice and friendly, I also asked him about the shoes for my husband and he told me that if it were him given the shoes he would absolutely adore them. He made my day! The three employees that night were friendly and respectful, would recommend buying shoes here one...

This company does NOT stand behind their products. Purchased one of their “higher end” shoes less than a month ago and they already started falling apart. I took the pair back to show them assuming they would make it right. The manager clearly didn’t care what the issue was as he didn’t even wait for me to show him what was wrong before spitting out “We won’t take them back. Company policy states if any shoe has been worn outside, doesn’t have a box, or a receipt, we don’t take them back”. I asked, “even though they’re falling apart and it’s been less than a month (their system shows when I purchased them)” and he again said, “No”. No apology, no return, no discount on a new pair.. Nothing. No customer service whatsoever. From past experience, with other shoe companies, if there’s a manufacture defect within 30 days (or longer depending on the shoe warranty), they will...
