QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in North Miami Beach

If I could give zero stars, I would.

As a hospitality professional, I was shocked by the terrible experience my friend had with this establishment. She received an incorrect order from their own delivery driver, and because of dietary restrictions, she couldn’t eat what was sent. Instead of correcting their mistake, the restaurant forced her to leave her home and return the incorrect order just to receive a refund.

To make matters worse, they refused to replace the meal she originally ordered, and when she finally received it, it was ice cold. The manager, La’prinicia, handled the situation with complete unprofessionalism speaking with hostility rather than empathy.

New Employee needs to slow down!!! I understand they just opened up but u still need to take ur time and make sure ur doing my bowl correctly! No one was behind me or in line. He literally slammed the sour cream bottle into my bowl and tried to still give it to me until I told him no, make me a new one! Then he still moving fast and ran down and just threw whatever into my new bowl that I didn’t ask for in the original one! I tell him why are u just putting whatever in my bowl and the supervisor is just standing there looking lost not saying nothing to help him! Gave me the wrong chicken and I had to pay EXTRA for the correct chicken I wanted from the original bowl. Horrible first...

Food was delicious and filling to say the least. However, there are some opportunities that could be improved. There must have been a technical issue with their Mobile order services because it seemed unavailable. The chips were hit or miss in this location due to most of them being undercooked or soft, lacking the most desired crunchiness. The chicken was also cold, thoroughly cooked but not the most enjoyable. The staff was very helpful at least. This is my first time trying this location since it’s the closest in the area. They really do provide quality food at a reasonable price. Not sure what went...
