Money trap and to be avoided if possible. The food is subpar and what's even more infuriating is the terrible customer service, lack of oversight and management at the store and the outright refusal to refund my credit card after failing to produce my order upon arrival. There is no corporate office governing these franchise locations and as such you have no form of recourse when you receive terrible service and a refusal of a refund for failure to provide agreed upon services. Food order was placed at 12:26pm and had a ready time of 1:00pm. Left my job at 1:00pm and drove 15 minutes to arrive to the restaurant. Walked in at 1pm and waited at the counter for a while without being acknowledged or greeted. At 1:03pm Greta approaches me and asks if I'm picking up. I acknowledge that I am picking up the 1pm order. She then proceeds to look around the counter and then signal to the chef to retrieve the pizza to place it in the oven. She lets me know it will be an additional 15 minutes before my order would be ready making it 1:20pm. I instructed her I'm on a short lunch break and placed the order ahead of time so it would be ready at 1pm. Her response was that they don't make the pizzas ahead of time and only start once the customer has arrived. That was news to me and seems counter intuitive to an online ordering system. I asked for a refund as I would not be able to wait that additional time and she responded that there was nothing she could do. I inquired again asking as to why I can't be refunded and she said I would have to do it myself online. Fast forward to me leaving the store, driving all the way back to work to get back on the 1000 degrees corporate website and have no way to request a refund. Additionally, I found that there is no contact information or number for the company. I called back to the store and asked Greta to speak with a manager and she notified me that they don't have a manager or assistant manager in the store until after 3pm. So no managers, no corporate info or accountability and no refunds. Save yourself the headache and go right up the road to either Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza or Sicilian Oven. I'm still without lunch, my money and any way to contact anyone to secure a...

Driving around looking for something to eat we found 1000 Degrees Napoleon Pizza. The moment you walk in you can smell the fresh Pizza being made. We got greeted right away by a really nice lady. She told us about the menu and asked if it was our first time there. We told her we just moved to sunny isles.
This places has a really cool concept, you can order from the Menu, Hawaiian pizza, veggie pizza, pepperoni Pizza an many more options or you can create your own pizza. 10" 14". We decided to get our own personalized pizza it's for the same priced, some concept as subway but cooler cuz it's Pizza.
I ordered a 10" pizza with the signature marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, ham, pineapple, mushrooms and a touch of oil. For $8.99 My husband order a 10" Pizza with signature marinara sauce, buffalo sauce, shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, ham, bacon, Canadian bacon and jalapeños. $8.99 We also order a side of 12 fresh roasted buffalo wings. $10.99 Also They cook everything in a big oven in front of you.
Personally I think it was so cool that you can you can choose whatever you want for $8.99 then the lady tells us on Tuesday's it's only $6.00. How cool is that.

Read moreI HOPE THE MANAGER READ THIS REVIEW First of all, I love this place. My first visit wasn't as good as my second, but still really good pizza and concept. But I would like to make some suggestions about the staff to improve the customer experience.
Too many people all over the place. Each employee should be in charge of one station only. They are all over the place and they look like they don't know what they're doing. Last night, the same person who greeted us, was the same person who took the payment and she also carried our pizzas to our table. That makes no sense.
They need to be faster. The two people who prepared my pizza last night were extremely slow. They were basically putting every ingredient like if they were playing with tiny toys. It was annoying at one point. Look at Chipotle or Subway, I know they might have less ingredients but those guys are super fast.
The quantity of ingredients. I know very well you guys have inside rules about the quantities but I believe each customer should have the right to ask for what they want. For example, last night my boyfriend wanted more asiago cheese and he asked the girl who was making our pizzas and she basically put nothing more. He wasn't asking for 10 pounds of asiago cheese, just a little bit more and she didn't give it to him. I know asiago cheese is expensive, I personally buy it but come on, that wasn't fair. If you need the people to pay for extra ingredients then just do it.
The staff needs to be more active. All of them look so depressed, it's unbelievable. They all look like if was their first...
