I went to return a two Amazon packages I had printed the return labels for them when I got there the lady doing the return said I needed to get a screen shot of the url code as the paper I had printed was not working . . I am 74 years old and do not do screen shots and I told her this but she kept saying that is what I needed and started waiting on other customers. She was not hateful and I was getting upset but I just left the store. I am sure she saw I was upset and I said something not even sure what as I was leaving. I went home took pictures of the code and went back to the store. When I went in a lady called out if I had a Amazon return they were doing them up front now. Same lady. I went over to the counter and started looking for my phone with the pictures on it. I said more to myself than anyone else I know my phone is in here as I was searching for it. Now no one was in the front of the store but me and three workers. The more I searched for my phone in my pocketbook two of the ladies started giggling not the lady doing the returns she stay polite but the other two was walking by me still giggling and I knew they had been talking about me when I came back in the store. As no one was there and they had not said a word to each other while I was looking for my phone. I go to the store a lot... buy a lot there and I will still go but I did not say anything to the ladies that were giggling like a school girls as if I had it would have been a bad day at Kohls. I am disappointed in the way I was treated . I was in the store at 720 pm...
Read moreWe usually have no issues at this store. But we stopped in after dinner tonight. We were walking around the store, talked to a couple workers, some offered help. My gf had one item she was trying on and wanted my thought. So I stopped in to see which one fit better. While was in the middle of changing it came across the intercom saying they were closed. Less than five minutes before, no associate mentioned they were closing which I get it, they may have thought we knew. Well the one woman knocked on the dressing room and I came out and said we were leaving to go pay once she got done putting her shirt on. The woman strait up said weâre closed and had attitude. I said I get it. She said on the radio and said Iâm letting them know you are here. But my gf and I were like one, none of the workers said they will be closing shortly or we didnât hear any warning on intercom when we were there. But the thing that irked me was the womanâs attitude. You can check the cameras and see how many employees we chatted with and how quick we were in and out the dressing room with the items she was buying. All the other employees were nice as usual. I work 90 plus hour weeks, so her being like she was and when we went to cash out there were many others in the store still. If I was management, I would give her some...
Read moreOpening Day!âŠwaited until late afternoon as I imagined that everyone would want to go to the Kohlâs we waited sooo long for. I had a return, and there was a line, but it moved quickly. Unfortunately just as I was the next one up, the registers werenât printing receipts. HOWEVER a sweet young lad by the name of Davis - he was from Charleston and came to help out - patiently ran my return and it went through. He was busy assisting all the cashiers with his expertise to get things moving. I have no negative comments, only hope someone at Corporate realizes what a fine, dedicated, gentleman they have. I hope he gets recognized in a big way for what assistance he provided to the workers and customers alike. He would be a valued employee wherever he works, and it would be a good decision to make it worth his while. Perhaps even putting him up in a nice hotel and giving him a meal allowance so he didnât have to drive back to Charleston tonight. Kudos to all the employees, as they were doing their best. Hopefully, tomorrow will not...
