I would have gave 5 stars because my original shopping experience was great. Once I got home to unpack my purchase I notice an item was missing. Mind you I had a whole conversation with the cashier while she was ringing me out , about how bad it’s getting with cashiers not paying attention and mistakenly leaving sensors on items purchased, and what does she do? Completely misses bagging my entire purchase. (I know mistakes happen. What happened once I called them today to see was the item there that is the problem along with the TERRIBLE customer service I experienced when I got there. Mind you I do NOT live close to this location. ) So I call this morning and tell the person who answered the phone the situation and can they check for the item because it was NOT in my bag when I got home. Her response was no there’s nothing here from yesterday. I say well it didn’t just walk out of the bag, I made my purchase and came home so could you please look? Her response is well if you bring your receipt and it’s on there we can check. ATP point I’m pissed because there was no apology for the inconvenience nor did they offer to LOOK, so I say okay and hang up. Once I make the 25min ride I get there and the cashier from yesterday who made the error of NOT putting the item in the bag, sees me and walks off to the back. So another rep asks how can she help. I give her the receipt and tell/ show her was going on. So she goes to the back grabs it and brings to the front, while dangling it in the air and announcing the size. Mind you I showed her the top piece and the set was the last set of its kind in the store, so she KNEW damn well it was mine. NOBODY still did NOT offering an apology for the inconvenience!!! If I could give this store a 0star for my experience after purchase I would give them a -5 not even a 0 because it was that BAD!! It was very rude for her to announce the size and hold in the air like she was trying to SHAME me almost, and not apologize and also rude for the one who made the mistake to look me in my face go get the garment for the other one to bring out and walk pass me to help someone else and NOT acknowledge HER error. I was one of the last customers in the store on 5/2/25 so can’t say you didn’t know cause I called and came right back then next day, today 5/3/25. You knew enough to go get the garment. Needless to say I WILL NEVER shop this location again!! -So for the long review, (future customers I mean) but it ALL need...

The girls at this store were not very helpful at all. When we were in there Noone greeted us till we had literally been in the store for about 15 minutes and the store was dead. I saw misc trash on the floor in various places and the girl who rung us out allowed a make customer to be right next to us as I was trying to process my credit card order. Mind you he had a cell phone and was pointing it at me the whole time I was checking out which made me very, very uncomfortable. When I asked her to ask him to move back in the line instead of leaning over the counter directly next to the POS machine, she rolled her eyes and sighed then said " sir they would like you to move back please". Are you serious???? I will never go back to this Victoria Secrets again. Who knows perhaps he was scamming people's...

the worst customer service. It is seen that there is a lack of personnel for Pink store to hire such rude disrespectful people who do not know how to work with the public. I bought almost 400 Panties online and I had to return 61 so they told me in customer service to go to the store to do it quickly. so I went to VS of this mall from the beginning when I talked about the change, the employee treated me badly, possibly because I wear a hijab. When the amount did not match the return, I asked her to verify why the receipts for the total pieces did not match, but she spoke to me badly, she threw me the invoices and in the end it turned out that she had them in her drawer. how I told her to her face what a shame that service. I asked her name to make a complain but...
