Texas Roadhouse — Restaurant in North Olmsted

If I could leave no stars I would. I have some unspeakable things to say and because I am using my personal email I can’t even say them. This has been the worst experience of my entire life. I went here to this location and I vow never to come back to any. The experience started as something so pure, a thought to go to one of my go-to’s. What happened next was something no man women or child should ever have to go through. We arrived at the exactly, and I do mean exactly, at 6:14PM we did not get our food until 8:32PM. Normal men would consider this too long I would consider it worse than the guillotine. While we were waiting like zoo animals forced into their enclosure. We were forced to watch them dance their songs while we were starving.

The next stage, the food. Some say moses ate nothing but mana in the desert for 40 years. If I were to have that the option I am taking the mana every single time. I ordered what I expected to be Herb Crusted Chicken and got what may have been a 2 ounce chicken filet. The fries I ordered tasted of soap and were left on a heater for what I assume was before I even stepped out the door to go to this seven deadly sins creation.

I have never been so disappointed in my life especially on my birthday.

Very Disappointing Birthday Dinner – North Olmsted Texas Roadhouse

We visited the North Olmsted Texas Roadhouse to celebrate our son’s 13th birthday, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Our server, Payton, provided poor service and seemed disengaged throughout the meal.

My husband’s drink was taken for a refill and never brought back. His smothered chicken arrived without gravy or cheese, and the server never asked for his preference—just omitted both. My meal came out missing the vegetables entirely, and my sweet potato had marshmallows burnt to a crisp on top. One steak ordered with cheese arrived covered in mushrooms, onions, and cheese, while another sirloin requested medium rare came out dry and overcooked.

When we addressed these issues, Payton’s only response was, “I don’t know why it came like that.” There was no apology, no effort to correct anything, and no manager involvement.

We also mentioned it was our son’s birthday at the start of the meal, but only as we were getting ready to leave did the server send over a small bowl of ice cream and a few staff members to sing. It felt like an afterthought and did little to make up for the rest of the experience.

Let me start off by saying we had so much high hopes for the store because the other two locations we've had bad service and food. The first order. Was steak tips with rice and a loaded potato. The Steak tips were supposed to be medium rare , and they were all well done. Which was let down She said it was like chewing rubber I ordered a Handcut sirloin rare with ribs and sweet potato and salad The ribs were overcooked and burned the steak was medium to medium well. I always say I want my steak still mooing. The salad was a joke It looked like they put a few green pieces on top , the rest of it was brown and discolored. I don't need brown salad know lets get to the only two good parts was the sweet potato and all the roles we ordered. We figure, if you can't get it right to go, you're not going to get it right inside, either and after waiting so long , this was such a letdown Don't know if we will ever ordered again.
