I rarely eat fast food but every once in a while I get a craving for a fried chicken sandwich this sandwich. Supposedly Burke king has a better fried chicken sandwich than even KFC does so I thought I could really go for one I'm gonna stop and get one. I pulled into the drive-through lane and after several minutes of no response despite my calling out and beep in my horn quickly I proceeded to the ordering window.. Get to the ordering window and I can hear somebody talking inside but they would not come to the window to take my order. Use. It was 6:30 and the restaurant closes at 7:30. So they just decided to stop working for the last hour? And what's the boss gonna do fire them? They're only open till 730 cause they don't have enough staff so this guy is getting paid for at least an hour's worth of work and who knows how many hours before that. I won't be back. Whether it's the management, owner, terrible training, or lack of employees caring, this location is one of the worst fast-food restaurants that you can encounter. This location is always cycling through employees, seems to be a new employee every other week. You better hope that you don't have to ask for the most basic of a request, as they always forget, or blatantly do not care. If you order chicken nuggets, don't expect that sauce that you ordered on the side. They'll make sure you eat those dry. I don't expect perfect greetings in the drive-through, but I have been asked, very bluntly as I drove up, "What do you want?". That's pathetic effort. The service is seriously the worst I have ever had to deal with.

I have to repeat myself three times because the worker couldnāt āunderstand meā. I look at the menu and order a double cheeseburger king Jr meal. Which i assumed was just a smaller portion of the regular meal. As I order the worker repeats my order back to me confused. I confirm my order and they once again repeat it back only this time with a more condescending attitude and slower than the first time. I look over at my passenger dumbfounded.
