Property Needs a Significant Upgrade to Match Evolving Community This area of North Wildwood is in dire need of a major upgrade. The parking lot, marked poorly and is in terrible condition, and the lighting throughout the property is poor, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. It's time for the property owners and local businesses at this shopping center to truly raise the bar. With new owners and residents increasingly paying a premium to establish second homes, third homes, or even move here full-time, the current state of affairs simply won't be tolerated much longer. Even major retailers like Acme and CVS seem to operate on autopilot outside of the busy summer months. They only truly commit during peak season, which is a disservice to a community that is rapidly transforming. This shopping center isn't the worst only bc it doesn't have any empty stores but it's still bad. If you pull in on the side where the dollar store is be careful bc there is a huge pot hole that is apparently to hard for someone to come fill in, or they can't afford it. I'm actually shocked CVS has a business in this center. I only come here once in a while as I do work...

I absolutely love the staff at family dollar. James may be one of the coolest dudes on this island. I feel like the staff are my extended family now that I live here full time.
