Don’t Get The Wraps

Look, I understand small businesses are dealing with the grip of inflation. Everyone has their own ways of dealing with it but it should never take away from the quality of your food.

This past week we ordered three of their wraps. As a normal meal they only come with chips with a surcharge for fries for about $9. That’s fine since I understand fries are an added expense but when we got our wraps without the chips. (like come on).

But this isn’t the main problem with their wraps.

They were uneatable.

The chicken in all of the wraps were chicken tenders, which would have been fine if the tenders weren’t extremely soggy and filled with nerves in them.

I took 6 bites of my wraps and had gotten two, my wife had gotten 2 in her half sandwich and there was another one in another wrap.

At this point we were so disgusted that we threw them away.

Stop trying to cut corners with your meals or just don't offer...

Cheap, greedy

Good food, reasonably priced. Not inexpensive though. However, I ordered an iced tea, which came in a 16 oz. plastic cup, filled to the rim with ice and 6-7 oz. of tea. It was good, but when I asked for a refill I was in no uncertain terms told to buy a new one (not even an option for like 25 cents refill). I'm not advocating unlimited refills or something like that, but their cost of 6-7 oz. of tea is nil and it left me with a bad taste in my mouth, despite the decent (not great) flavor of the egg and cheese bagel I also ordered. Not good business Bagel Depot. Lost a customer when you didn't have to. Hope that makes you happy when you pour all the extra tea down the drain at...

My boyfriend and I went here yesterday 5/12/25 and we were very disappointed. We both got pork roll breakfast sandwiches, the bagels were not even toasted and pork roll was barely cooked, still raw basically. I also got an iced coffee and when I put the creamer they had into my coffee, it was gelatinous🤢🤮 All of their drinks in the front cooler were also expired. Idk if it was because it was the beginning of the season, or if it was just the B team on yesterday morning lol but we probably won’t be back. Super pricey and can get better quality for the same price somewhere else on the island. Save your money and go...
